Rosebell Omayya
Partner
Rosebell is the Managing partner of the Firm with the general supervision of the Firm’s day-to-day engagements in serving and ensuring clients commitments are met in coordination with the team. She also oversees the Firms Banking Securities Department and the Real Estate Department. Her eight (8) years’ experience extends to Company Law, Financial Law, Conveyancing, and Corporate Law.
With her quick-solving problem skills and her keen nature, she has over the years handled complex financial transactions for various clients in the financial sector. She also serves as a Legal Advisor to key private companies on matters of corporate governance and finance law.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (with Honours) from the University of Nairobi and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Rosebell is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths, and a Notary Public. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya(LSK).
Irah Nkuubi
Partner
Irah is a Partner in the firm and is in charge of the general overall business strategy of the Firm and overall strategic branding of the Firm. She is also in charge of the Firms Legal Audit and Governance Department with over eight (8) years of experience where she has also represented various government institutions and Corporations in Court, with a bias towards Civil Litigation, Commercial Law, Family Law and Employment Law.
With her poise nature, she has over the years handled and mitigated various cases at the County Government level which have been successfully delivered with the interest of both parties are met and in compliance with the various sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (with Honours) from the University of Nairobi and a Post- Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
Irah is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the East African Law Society (EASL).
Valary Muthoni
Associate Advocate
Valary is a skilled and experienced lawyer with a background in various areas of law including Conveyancing, Corporate Law, Family Law and Company Law.
She is dedicated to providing comprehensive legal advice and representation to clients. Valary is a strategic thinker who aims to achieve the most favorable outcomes for clients.
She is an Advocate of the High Court and holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree (with Honours) from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

Herina Achieng
HR and Administration
Herina oversees the HR and Administrative functions of the Firm.
She has a vast and solid experience of over ten (10) years that she capitalizes to ensure smooth operation of the Firm to facilitate the growth and success of both the Firm and its employees. Besides her professional work, she has a passion for the Youth whereby she offers Mentorship Programmes during her free time.
She holds a Bachelors’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Diploma in Office Administration from Kenya School of Professional Studies.
